Information Security Analyst in Dallas, TX

Required Skills/Abilities:

Candidate must have strong written and oral communication skills.
Candidate must be a team player with demonstrated ability to work without guidance.
Candidate must have experience with event monitoring and analysis of events presented on a Security Information and Event Management System (SIEM) – preferably RSA enVision.
Candidate must have an intermediate to advanced understanding of network engineering and local and wide area (LAN/WAN) technologies and topologies.
Candidate must have an intermediate to advanced understanding of common OS and domain structures (WindowsNT, 2000 Active Directory, etc.), servers, services, and associated vulnerabilities.
Candidate must be able to evaluate critical systems and applications particularly as they relate to network security architecture, system-user audits, and audit log management.
Candidate must be able to review and analyze business risks and develop security solutions, requirements, controls and processes.
Candidate must be able to implement security technology products to automate compliance monitoring in conjunction with policy and regulatory laws for both internal corporate projects as well as client-facing projects as professional consulting service.
Candidate must be able to advise various groups and business lines responsible for managing systems in order to implement audit configurations designed to maintain systems and data in compliance within ACS standards.
Candidate must be able to improve awareness of existing and new information security service offerings.
Candidate must work under general direction, within the parameters of company policies and procedures.


Minimum of 3 years of related technical support experience
Minimum of 2 years in a network security role.
3+ years of experience with Windows servers and desktops.

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field or equivalent work experience. CISSP and CISA certifications preferred.
