As a recognized subject matter expert in the Microsoft Solutions domain, works with internal and external stakeholders to plan, develop, organize, monitor and deliver Microsoft solutions to internal ACS services and solutions.
Integrates large and complex enterprise-wide solutions for internal ACS business needs,with business units as needed. Assumes a creative leadership role to implement the business and/or technology engineering strategy efficiently and effectively.
Demonstrates extensive knowledge of and ability to appropriately use the broad spectrum of Microsoft Enterprise Business and Technology artifacts, including forthcoming industry standards, emerging trends and/or industry trends, and new and revised standards.
Develops and/or provides final review and approval of artifacts that define the business architecture of the solution. Applies a consistent set of business architectural guidelines in the creation of new solution architecture.
Contributes domain thought leadership both internally and externally. Maintains an awareness of and utilizes state-of-the-art best practices. Networks with peers from external companies.
Responsibilities:
Will provide leadership as a Microsoft Active Directory subject matter expert with deep knowledge of Microsoft's Infrastructure and Active Directory initiatives.
Will interface with MS in specific knowledge areas; will perform engineering design & reviews.
Lead technical and non-technical discussions with both technical and non-technical end users
Participate in large-scale technical projects, working with staff and vendors to gather requirements, scope technical efforts, determine solutions, set up project tasks/plans, and then implement those solutions.
Write proposals or papers, make presentations to internal customers and peers, and work closely with upper management.
Provide technical expertise required to complete Professional Services contracts (ITO and other)

Proposes and implements system enhancements (software and hardware updates) that will improve the Verify proposed regional designs are in compliance with Global design standards.
Work with third party vendors to resolve complex system integration issues.
Meets regularly with our regional domain counter parts to discuss global issues.
Required Skills/Experience
Subject Matter Expert in all aspects of Active Directory.
Technical proficiency in all major Microsoft technologies.
Active Directory Design and Troubleshooting
Name Resolution (NetBIOS & DNS)
Objective-based task management, good customer service
Minimum 5 years experience
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in MIS or CS)
Technical leadership skills
Assist in completing needs assessments for new projects
Work with Project Managers to complete tasks and set customer expectations
Assist in scope definition for new statements of wor
Guidance and mentoring of Junior Infrastructure Analysts
