Senior Instructional/Multimedia Designer in Dallas, TX

We are looking for a Sr. Instructional/Multimedia Designer who can lead the design and development of content and learning experiences for a variety of audiences and delivery methods.A successful candidate also should have a working knowledge of developing SCORM compliant courses for LMS tracking.

This job can be located anywhere in the US in close proximity to an ACS office.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Assess and clarify client business needs and specify project scope and requirements.
Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of learning.
Design and develop corporate communications.
Develop and maintain an internal website.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Dreamweaver / HTML / CSS – Intermediate
Captivate – Intermediate
Flash – Intermediate
Articulate – Intermediate
Job Experience
Formal training in instructional design and graphics required.
Five to seven years experience designing and developing participant-centered, applied learning solutions.
Experience with leadership and management topics preferred.
Experience using learning technologies a plus
Education Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree with specialization in instructional design / graphic design
