Additional responsibilities include:
-Manages an Engineering team of approximately 10 direct reports with varying skill sets. Experience managing staff or functioning in a Technical Lead role
-Ability to establish and manage productive relationships in multiple reporting structures between engineering teams, account teams and the client
-Responsible for Change and Problem management for the team, adhere to the Change Control and Problem Management processes
-Ability to manage multiple demands, multi-tasking between operations and projects
-Creates reports for metrics and SLA reporting as necessary
-Participates and leads others in technical proposal process and Sales support




-May make technical presentations to ACS management and/or clients.
-Participates in regular on-call responsibilities that may include 24x7 support and serves as an escalation point for issues and outages
-Verbal and written communication on in-depth technical issues to clients
-Focused support for disaster recovery or critical technical issues
-Works professional hours which may include extended or after hours support
-Approximately 10% travel or less expected
-Approach problems with a wide degree of ownership to determine solutions
-Support and manage projects such as migrations or transition of Lotus systems

Position Detail

-5 or more years of experience supporting Lotus Domino / Notes and related products from R5.x to current releases in a top tier technical role (3rd level) for an enterprise environment (5,000 seats or more)
-Experience supporting Domino production server builds and configurations including
-Disk subsystem configuration and performance including SAN architecture
-Notes backup configuration and monitoring
- Web mail services
-Notes monitoring agent setup/configuration
-Building Notes / Domino redundant architecture in enterprise production environment
-Lotus Sametime and Quickplace build and deployment in large scale enterprise environments including extranets
-Notes / Domino database maintenance and restore / disaster recovery
-Solid understanding of Notes / Domino and related (i.e. Active Directory) utilities and tool sets
-Top level support of all Lotus clients and ability to troubleshoot client performance and connectivity issue at the LAN and Network levels
-Experience supporting and troubleshooting mail routing and transport
-3 years experience with implementation and configuration of SMTP Gateways, Anti-virus, and Anti-spam tools in an enterprise environment
-3 years experience with build, deployment, and support of Blackberry Enterprise Server and wireless devices including recovery or fail over in a Lotus environment
-Support and planning of migrations from prior versions of Notes / Domino or other platforms to other Exchange or Notes platforms.
-Implementation and support of Lotus Notes / Domino integrated Anti-virus

-5+ years of experience with Windows NT 3.x/4.0 and Active Directory
domain administration.
-Minimum of 5-10 years of related technical support experience

-Experience supporting systems that provide services to multiple
customer bases simultaneously

-5+ years of experience with TCP/IP based technologies and protocols
related to e-mail and other electronic collaboration tools, namely
DNS, SMTP, POP, IMAP, WINS, FTP, HTTP(S), NNTP, and LDAP
-Experience with Intel-based server hardware and
related technologies, including all generations of SCSI and RAID
(hardware- and software-based).
-Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
-May exercise responsibility for marketing new or follow-on contracts.
Additional Desired Experience:
-Experience with additional messaging applications such as Exchange, Sendmail, Groupwise and their connectivity or migration to/from Lotus platforms
-Experience supporting and implement additional applications to Notes / Domino such as Fax, Encryption
-Experience deploying and supporting email archiving solutions for Notes, Sametime, Quickplace and experience dealing in Legal or Compliance issues for electronic records.



-IBM / Lotus and related certifications
-The use of third party tools for AD and Notes / Exchange migration
