Citrix Support
This contract position will provide support for the Citrix environment for customers of a major national telephone/wireless company. The candidate's responsibilities will be to support the corporate environment on a best effort basis, including, but not limited to the publishing, optimization and management of the following applications:
XenApp presentation (64 bit and 32 bit)
Smart Access / NetScaler
Smart Auditor
Password Manager / Password Services / Single Sign-on
EdgeSight Xen App performance monitor
EdgeSight Client End Point monitor
Streaming profiles
Experience: Citrix System support experience
XenApp presentation (64 bit and 32 bit) experience
Smart Access / NetScaler skills
Smart Auditor skills
Password Manager / Password Services / Single Sign-on experience
EdgeSight Xen App performance monitor experience
EdgeSight Client End Point monitor
Streaming profiles skills
