SQL Developer with 2005 and 2008 Exp. in Dallas, TX

Dallas hospitality client is looking for a SQL Developer to join their team.

Keys:
SQL Development (stored procedures, production and new databases, SSRS)
Migration experience from 2000 to 2005 (they will be moving to 2008)
Business Intelligence experience (they will be looking to implement in 2010)

Pluses:
Postgres SQL
.net
Java
ETL
Building cubes
PHP
SSRS, Crystal Reports

This person will be responsible for the SQL databases (primarily MS SQL) production as well as new databases. The job will be divided between development work and DBA work. They will tune the databases for performance and also look at the current applications (developed in MS Access or .NET) to see if new applications can be deployed to better meet business unit needs.

Client has MS SQL 2000, 2005, and 2008. Will need this person to convert the older databases in to SQL 2008 this year.

Client has numerous minor SQL projects that will fall to this person. Setting up new databases, performance tuning, database maintenance, modification of tables, etc. Client is planning on starting a Business Intelligence system in 2009 or 2010 and this person would have some role in that project.

Client needs someone who is broad enough to have experience in technologies other than SQL Server and be able and willing to learn new things. For example client uses PostgresSQL for one of our systems and would like this person to be able to take over support of that database. The more additional skills they have the better (.NET development, Business Intelligence, ETL, Java, etc).
