DESCRIPTION The Technical Support consultant will be responsible for administering the technical support for webinars hosted on an Adobe Connect platform. This includes troubleshooting connection issues and fielding technical questions from the participants while the webinar is in progress. The consultant will partner with an Adobe Connect rep as required for 3rd level support. Additionally, may be responsible for maintaining the departments SharePoint site including creating pages.
