Web Systems Administrator in Dallas, TX

Functional Area Skills/Knowledge: 1. Strong working knowledge of systems (ie program design, flowcharting, coding, testing, debugging, etc ) and communication networks. 2. Strong working knowledge of how the pieces of a program fit together for the purpose of meeting the requirements of an application. 3. Good working knowledge of the relationship of how the software being used relates to the hardware being used. 4. Good working knowledge of Internet technologies (ie HTTP, LDAP, RADIUS, JAVA, XML) 5. Good working knowledge of directory technologies including Novell eDirectory and MS Active Directory. 6. Good working knowledge of Novell Netware v6.x, Linux, and Windows 2003 Server. 7. Knowledge of portal and Application Server technologies (ie Websphere, JBoss, Apache, Tomcat) 8. Knowledge of Firewall and Proxy technologies. 9. Strong understanding of how critical project completion is to client satisfaction. 10.
