Job Description: This position is responsible for gathering and defining requirements for the implementation of ITIL service management applications. This includes working with clients, process owners, and developers to deliver a solution which meets the business needs. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years overall ITexperience with at least 1 year in a CMMI level 3+ organization. Position level is dependent on candidate’s level of experience. Primary Experience: 4+ years experience as a business/systems analyst required 1+ years programming experience required Strong understanding of ITIL Service Management processes preferred Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills Demonstrated analytical thinking, adaptability, enthusiasm and motivation Experience implementing a COTS package Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting Secondary Experience: UAT Test plan development 1+ years Remedy ITSM 6.0+ experience preferred 1+ years Report requirements and analysis preferred Business Objects experience preferred Flex/Java/WebLogic experience preferred Process Reengineering, Data analysis HP Quality Center/Winrunner Oracle, SQL Server End User Training TQM, Six Sigma Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems or related discipline.
