We are currently looking for an IT Manager to join our team in Dallas, TX. Job Responsibilities: The IT Manager will be responsible for the day to day account operations of our BPO IT Accounts to include claims, customer service, benefit configuration and IT. They will be responsible for managing a budget, forecasting account revenue and expenses and overall leadership of the account team.
