Test Analyst (2 positions) in Dallas, TX

No 3rd parties please.Test Role: The person will need to be able to assist in developing test cases and also to execute these Test Cases or test case created by other Team members. Validates and ensures that client and functional requirements are met via use case, requiremants and UI design.Communicates testing risks to CTD Test Lead. Minimum 3 years experience creating test cases and/or scripts .Minimum 3 years software testing (functional, integration, system, and/or automation).Minimum 3 years experience working with testing tools, such as Mercury Interactive's Test Director, Rational's TestManager.Minimum 3 years working within a heterogeneous platform environment (Unix, Windows, etc.).Minimum 3 years experience using Microsoft Office applications with an emphasis on WORD and PowerPoint.Experience with Integrated Operations or Enterprise Management applications & TeamsPerforms all other duties as assigned by managementMinimum 3 years of experience with quality assurance in a UNIX based environmentExtensive understanding of various standards of Systems Development Life Cycle processes and the integration points of the Testing Life Cycle processes within it.Proven aptitude in reconciling business requirements with testing requirements.Demonstrated validation skills.Ability to comprehend high levels of complex details Ability and willingness to tactfully challenge assumptions and communicate concerns.Ability to problem-solve in time constrained situationsProven written and verbal communication and presentation skillsSolid Customer management Application Development Team interface skills.Detailed, highly organized and time efficientExperience in varied technology projects throughout all phases. Ability to conduct usability testing.Proven capability to handle multiple situations simultaneously.Airline Application experience a plus.
