DESCRIPTION The HR Consultant is responsible for database administration, data consolidation, data analysis and management reporting. The Consultant will utilize software to generate metrics and develops actionable recommendations. He/she will provide support to management by collecting, analyzing data and reporting results. Collaborates with various groups within HR/Staffing to achieve business results. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
