PC Help Desk Technician( French Speaking) in Dallas, TX
Dallas-based Fortune 500 is expanding their call center and seeks a Help Desk Analyst/Technician to join the team. Emphasis will be on first call resolution for their customers in the US, France and Germany. Support of PC's and networking- Active Director. Any knowledge of SAP is a plus. Excellent long term growth opportunity! Required Skills: Experienced Help Desk Analyst (with ability to support clients speaking French) that enjoys working with a diverse client base supporting users with both software and hardware issues. Ideal candidate will be bi-lingual- French (verbal and written) or German. Must be able to analyze and provide technical solutions for PC's, Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, Networking and communication issues. Any experience with Remote Access software preferred. Associate Degree preferred.Client requires US Citizenship or Green Card.Local candidates only-no relocation expenses.
