Our client is seeking an experienced and savvy PeopleSoft HCM Consultant. This position will be based in Denver, CO. This position will require 100% domestic travel. Position DetailsOur client is seeking a Functional PeopleSoft HCM resource with extensive experience in implementing, upgrading and maintaining PeopleSoft HCM in releases 8.9 or 9.0. The resource must have hands on experience working with the North American Payroll (USF), and Time and Labor modules; also must possess proven skills and abilities in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis and implementation practice demonstrated by thorough understanding of the delivered HCM functionalities, its underlying business processes and capabilities. Experience working with Absence Management is a plus.BEST INDUSTRY – IT ServicesBEST DEPARTMENT – Consulting Experience: Bachelors Degree is required.Must have PeopleSoft HCM 8.9 or 9.0 functional certificationExtensive functional knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM 8.9 and 9.0 for North American Payroll (USF) and Time & Labor, Self-Service, Absence Management. Knowledgeable of delivered HCM 8.9/9.0 functionalities, its business process purposes and underlying table setup and configurations.Knowledge of developing specs and applying custom Time and Labor rules.Knowledge of positive time reporting process. Working experience with defining and configuring HCM 8.9 and 9.0 workflow, business policies, business object operations.Working experience with designing and implementing self-service functionality.Working experience with delivered integration processes and data exchange between PeopleSoft suites: FMS, EPM, CRM. Working experience with gathering and analyzing user requirements, performing fit/gap analysis and developing prototypes.Ability to understand a client's business quickly and translate that understanding into a well-designed IT solution.Ability to ask the 'right' questions to draw out the requirements to assist the business unit making the right decision.Strong analytical, problem solving and debugging skills.
