Senior ColdFusion Developer in Dallas, TX

The application you will be working with is highly scalable and re-usable, requiring that as much attention be paid to maintainability and supportability as new development. You will be working with highly complex software programming applications as well as modifying and maintaining the existing software. To excel in this role, and to keep up with the extremely talented and outgoing team you'll be joining, a true understanding of computer science principles will be necessary , and personality is a must. A bachelor's degree is non-negotiable and Computer Science is highly desired. 5 years of ColdFusion 7 (CF7) experience is required (though CF8 is highly preferred). In addition to strength in ColdFusion, we are looking for 3 years of Back End experience with SQL Server 2000/2005 database development (NOT administration), though experience with equivalent databases may be considered. A minimum of 5 years experience with dynamic Scripting languages is needed, including proficiency with JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and AJAX . We will look desirably upon any working knowledge of DHTML, Flex 3 (builder and production), EXTJS, CF Reporting, COM and .NET (though none of the aforementioned are required). To succeed, you will need strong analytical and problem solving skills, coupled with the ability to focus on delivering high-quality results on schedule and with minimal supervision.
