10491 Portfolio Support Analyst - Intermediate ****Work Location: Energy Plaza - Downtown Dallas**** ***3-Month contract-to-hire for the perfect candidate*** Responsible for supporting the portfolio management activities involving products and services to be provided by Lucent Technologies on behalf of CGE for the fullset of TXU clients. 5% Small request support; i.e., responding to customer inquiries for information, expertise, etc. 70% Proposal process support and execution. 25% Portfolio analysis activities including status reporting, project tracking, delivery issue resolution, etc. The perfect candidate for this role will work in a suuporting role to a Senior Portfolio taking up more routine tasks initially while learning the nature of the products and services provided by Lucent Technologies to the various TXU accounts on behalf of CGE. The candidate will participate in and support the CGE to TXU request workflow process, the CGE to Lucent request and project delivery workflow processes. The candidate will interact with TXU clients and their supporting CGE Client Management teams as well as key Lucent Technologies project delivery personnel. The candidate will initially work on less complex proposals making decisions within specific guidelines. As they gain experience, they will be expected to take on more complex proposals and use their problem solving skills to develop solutions to unique problems. The candidate will be accountable to represent CGE to our clients and partners following the guidelines and authorizations provided under the governing contracts between the organizations as well as the processes established for the Client Management organizations.
