Our services-focused client is a Dallas/Fort Worth based dynamic Company that needs a solid, results-oriented Siebel CRM Implementer. This is a full time position!
As a developer for this Customer Relationship Management (CRM) implementation, you will utilize your strong analyst skills balanced with your technical expertise with Siebel. Utilizing your technical background, analytical skills, business knowledge and communication skills to be a part of a team that monitors, maintains, supports, and enhance various mission critical modules. Candidates who have experience implementing enterprise CRM applications, complex databases, and understanding integration between various applications are highly desired.
You will have day-to-day interaction with all levels of management (c-level, executives, directors, managers, and analysts). Candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
Candidate will be trained and gain knowledge and experience utilizing Siebel Analytics, eService, EIM and EAI.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Demonstrate leadership in supporting customers in the development and maintenance of needs and ongoing and new Siebel CRM projects;
- Monitors and reports overall performance of information systems on a regular basis to ensure quality efficiency and accuracy.
- Creates and monitors project plans that direct the activities of assigned projects
- Ability to support various functions to ensure that the objectives of the project are accomplished on time and within budget parameters.
- Manages and leads IT staff to achieve project targets and priorities.
- Responsible for budget determinations resource allocation and timelines for all projects under scope of direction.
- Supervises monthly budget allocation;
- Mentoring and counseling team members in order to maintain a qualified and motivated staff.

Educational Skills
- BS or BA, desirable. Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or relevant analytical field.

Experience: - 5+ years Information Technology;
- 2+ years Siebel CRM Implementation experience, Siebel v7.x preferred;
- Skilled in Siebel Tools - workflow, escripting, and assignment manager.
- 3+ years implementation teams in a diverse, ever-changing environment, global exposure a plus!;
- Skilled in production support, problem resolution, and security issues;
