Enthusiastic, persistent, self-motivated recruiter with excellent interpersonal skills needed to join our company. This person will be responsible for identifying and delivering, to our business partners, candidates who have the interpersonal and technical skills that match their corporate environment, goals and expectations.
Job duties include identifying and maintaining a network of candidates for present and future submittal to local and national business partners. The ability to uncover candidate goals, abilities and motivators and deliver and close these candidates on client opportunities is key to the success of this position. The position also includes cold-calling and resume sendouts to clients.
Minimum of 2-3 years of IT recruiting experience with a strong focus on Software Development Technologies.
Knowledge of ERP systems.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Experience within a Fortune 500 company.
Self-motivated and able to handle multiple priorities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experienced in both the corporate and public sectors of recruiting.
Bachelor degree is preferred.
