IT Development Manager in Dallas, TX

You will get to work closely with the Client Applications and PMO teams to develop new applications, as well as enhance existing applications.

Our client is implementing SOA with Oracle's SOA Suite, an Intranet Portal utilizing C# .NET, an Internet website with C# .NET and a workflow application with Java. These are just some of the exciting projects you will get to manage!

At times you will have the opportunity to maintain your C# .NET skills and get your hands dirty with coding.
Experience:

Bachelors Degree

Excellent English skills

1-2 years of management/lead experience

3+ years of technical C# .NET development experience

3+ years SQL Server or Oracle backend development

You must be strategically minded with a broad view of the development lifecycle ( SDLC )

Proven experience interacting with senior executives and upper management

Preferred:

Exposure to Java

Masters Degree
