Senior Oracle DBA Manager in Dallas, TX

Our Fortune 500 client is looking for a Senior Oracle DBA Manager to manage their DBA team.

Experience needed in the following areas:
*Defining application development best practices to upgrades
*Schema implementations, data replication, archiving, availability and performance tuning
* Thorough knowledge of Oracle architecture
* Experience performing database reorganizations and archiving
* Experience with Oracle read-only replication, and materialized views
* Experience implementing disaster recovery solutions (i.e. RAC, Standby databases)
* Ability to support multiple projects/tasks simultaneously

Duties include:
* Physical database design
* Performance tuning
* Query optimization
* RAC, DataGuard replication, backup and recovery design
* Establishment of and support for data warehousing
* Understanding of data mining and report writing
* Maintaining and refining data and database architecture and standards.
