WILL CONSIDER CANDIDATES NOT LOCATED IN DALLAS, TX
Position will focus on analysis, requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and maintenance of functionality on one of the companies websites or supporting back-end processes. Individual is expected to perform full lifecycle systems development on medium to large sized development efforts. Individual would be requested to handle ad-hoc requests for maintenance or improvement of existing software. Also expected to do peer code reviews.
Will get exposure and ability to learn Java/J2EE
Experience: Minimum 4 years C++
Minimum 2 years Unix (HP-UX, Solaris, Irix, Linux)
Minimum 2 years Object Oriented (OO) Analysis and Design
Minimum 2 years Oracle 8 or above, SQL, Pro*C
Multithread environment experience
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS
CORBA, Perl, UML, XML, experience with large transaction processing applications, defect tracking tools, Unix Scripting (Korn Shell), MQ Series.
