Product Manager in Dallas, TX

Rapidly expanding Software Company is seeking to add an experienced Product Manager to their team of professionals. This is a full-time staff position with an exciting Dallas / Fort Worth company with an impressive list of Fortune 500 clients. Product Manager Description:
The Product Manager will be responsible for working with customers, Develoment, and QA to design, document, steer, and communicate the development of software changes and new software features.
Responsibilities will include:
* Functional design of product features
* Clearly documenting product designs and specifications (both for internal and external consumption)
* Candidate will work with Development on technical scoping and implementation
* Participate in release and roadmap planning
* Work with Development and QA to ensure right first time implementation of new features with high quality.
* Work with Release management and the delivery teams to introduce new feature along with recommendations for rollout and usage
* May act as a Product Consultant with some large market customers

Skills/Background:
Possess minimum 4 years of experience in a Product Manager role. Familiar with OO software (ideally with enterprise-level J2EE or C# / .Net) and software development. Experience with in Supply Chain, Process Manufacturing. Any Food and Beverage experience is a plus! Candidate should be detail-oriented and able to work independently.
