First& Second level response to monitored alarms
Manage problem escalation to third level for resolution
Manage Hardware repairs with vendor
Remote software installation for patches and upgrades
Manage Monitoring Tools
Add and configure new servers
Maintain Windows server backup software
Configure and maintain DC workstation OS baseline
Install systems in production environment
Update server history in WEB configuration database
Document processes and procedures as needed
Input Production Issue tickets
Assist DC when necessary (usually during major server outage or when shift running short of people)
Experience: Previous experience supporting large # of Windows servers
Excellent communication skills
Flexibility and willingness to learn new technologies
Process oriented
Data Center environment helpful, but not required
