A/B Testing Specialist in Dallas, TX

Supports and participates in the design, development, and implementation of assigned JCP Direct Internet programs to achieve improved processes, website functions, customer experience, and ultimately increased conversion of customers shopping the site to generate profitable Internet sales. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Supports and participates in the design, development, and implementation of assigned JCP Direct Internet programs in the Internet work groups of Customer Service, Site and Content, Media Integration, Merchandise Operations, or eMetrics; assures such work is of high quality and meets established business objectives. 2. Provides analysis, data collection, reports, search support, and coordination as assigned and required within the Internet functions; makes recommendations for improvements and/or changes based on analysis. 3. Provides support and participates in the development and implementation of new programs for the Internet for continuous improvement and optimization of the functioning and customer service levels of the website; focuses on issues that will result in positive customer reaction and add value to the internet experience. 4. Supports and coordinates assigned tasks and efforts of the Internet with other areas of JCP Direct (e.g. Merchandise, Advertising, Marketing, Inventory, and Operations) to assure all plans and programs for implementation are executed effectively. 5. Provides input and supports the expansion of multi-channel capability by analyzing and understanding critical linkage points, and recommending methods to make the customer experience as seamless as possible across channels. 6. Studies and maintains an awareness of industry trends regarding the Internet; recommends applications that could enhance our business model and our customers' internet experience. REQUIREMENTS: Education: College degree. Major in business, technology, or marketing discipline preferred. Experience: Minimum 3 - 5 years in an internet or technology related environment. JCP Direct experience preferred but not required. Core Competencies: Excellent computer and technology knowledge; very good follow through; strong analytic and numeric ability coupled with critical thinking skills; strong team orientation and comfort level with rapid change and fast pace.
