Job Responsibilities Responsible for serving as first-line support for all desktoprelated issues, including but not limited to inability to access computers, new
software installations, and desktop connectivity to in-house data sources. Additionally,
responsible for managing relationship with third-party telephone vendor, as well
as performing in-house maintenance on phone system, including in-house Spectralink
communication system. Required Skills Experience with Dell desktop PCs Experience
with Microsoft XP Operating System Working knowledge of Ethernet LAN infrastructure
Working knowledge of PBX operations Desired Skills Network Experience Server Experience
Telecom Experience Minimum Education None Minimum Certifications or Professional
