Highly successful Dallas Company eager for a "well-seasoned" Desktop Support Analyst. The Desktop Support Analyst will provide desktop and server support for a 300+ user base and will be part of an IT team of 10 people. Desktop Support Analyst will be providing desktop support to users 80% of the time. These users are all connected through a Citrix environment. The majority of the users are located in a call center. To minimize impact on the call center the support will primarily be provided through phone and remote connections. Desktop Support Analyst will also take a lead roll in assisting with 3 helpdesk team members.<br/><br/>All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. Experience: The Desktop Support Analyst requirements are as follows: Advanced Windows XP, Basic Citrix, Intermediate MS Exchange Server, Intermediate Active Directory, and Advanced Windows Server 2003.
