Provide support to an assortment of problems of limited scope related to data center operations. Duties include organizing development of OS techincal Support, mainframe software/systems programming and data center capabilities.
Experience: Highly skilled in the area of ZOS JES2 environment using CA7, CA11, JCL, CAFC, TSO, Endevor migration tool a plus.
Expect to be able to follow job flows through CA7; Read and Edit Queue JCL; Add over-rides; Fix system errors; Research look back issues; Deal with Application programmers; Create problem tickets; Follow documentation.
