Robert Half Technology, the world's leader in technology staffing, is currently seeking a Corporate Help Desk Analyst for an immediate opening located in Downtown Dallas. The Help Desk Analyst must be able to provide Level 1 helpdesk support for a single proprietary financial application used by auditors for engagement purposes. The Help Desk Analyst must be able to maintain a very high call resolution and must be able to use Remedy for ticket tracking purposes.<br/><br/>All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. Experience: Bachelors Degree required with 1+ year supporting either a priopriatary application or a financial application. Advanced Windows XP, Microsoft 2003 and Remedy experience preferred.
