SQL Developer/DBA

Looking for a SQL DBA that has experience with hands on SQL Development.
Qualifications
Lives by "best practices"
Knows when it is appropriate to break best practices
Has a true developers mind set, yet conforms to database standards
Confident enough to stand firm to the traditional way of doing things
Open minded and eager to learn new ways of doing things
Knows the best way to create SP's and UDF's without breaking the application or the server
Must have:
5+ years T-SQL
3+ years ANSI SQL
Create/update Stored Procedures
Create/update functions
SQL 2005
DTS and SSIS experience
Plus:
Application development experience
OLAP experience highly desirable
ProClarity experience
