CUSA (Certified Unicenter Systems Administrator), CUSE (Certified Unicenter Systems Engineer), NSM, R11.1, Unicenter Performance monitor, Unicenter Mangement Portal, Unicenter Server Management, Microsoft Operating systems, Active Directory
Candidate must ensure proper maintenance and configuration on all Unicenter jobs and servers. Help Install and maintain the Unicenter software tools. Provide hardware and software recommendations to fulfill the needs of business and IS initiatives. Back up all system-related files to ensure full backup and recovery capabilities. Monitor overall system performance, including providing management with periodic and historical performance statistics. Set up Users and Groups as required within the Unicenter software to control access to system resources. Provide second level support of daily activities of the Unicenter workflow environment in conjunction with Operations and Services. Provide management with performance and measurement statistics for planning and reporting purposes.
Experience: Requires a minimum eight years experience in Unicenter workflow design.
Strong working knowledge of the set-upl design of Unicenter and its agents.
Expertise with Microsoft Operating Systems
