Downtown Dallas law firm is looking for an experienced desktop support analyst to be responsible for day-to-day work in supporting desktop computers. The desktop support analyst will work closely with the Helpdesk and escalation level teams to ensure systems availability. The ability to solve problems and perform computer troubleshooting for end users, as well as back up A/V support is required. Qualified candidates should submit their resume directly to .
Experience: Requirements include experience configuring laptops for remote use, installing and configuring software and supporting hardware, including Microsoft OS, Microsoft Office products (2003), Goodlink and Blackberry portable devices, HP Printers, Active Directory domains, knowledge of Novell Directory Services and knowledge and exposure of Network components. Abilities. Prior law firm experience required. A+ or other technical certification highly preferred.
