Desktop Support in Dallas, TX

Reputable Retail Company is looking for a Desktop Support Technician. The qualified candidate should have 3+ years of desktop support experience. The primary responsibility will be supporting user applications, desktops and PDA's. The desktop support technician will be handling local trouble tickets and will be spending 80% of his/her day educating users. The environment is relaxed and creativity is strongly encouraged. The desired candidate will need to be able to work with minimal supervision. <br/><br/>All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. Experience: Desktop applications (Office Suite)
Handheld devices i.e. Blackberry, IPhone and Palm
Windows XP Pro
Server 2003-Basic Knowledge
