Expanding Medical Organization seeks motivated Telecom Business Analyst to assist in upgrading their telecom system and migrating to a Nortel VOIP solution. To ensure a successful deployment the organization needs a business analyst who will be able to gather the requirements from the end user, build a statement of work, and work individually and with the technical team to ensure the project is deployed correctly. The qualified candidate must have excellent customer service and communication skills as the end users are non-technical. The desired candidate needs to have 5+ years experience with Nortel Enterprise TDM and IP Systems. They will also need experience with 1000+ line systems as well as 5+ years Application Experience with Octel and Nortel voice mails systems. Additionally 5+ years of application experience with Nortel Symposium and Call Center systems is required as well as experience with large primary location install base. <br/><br/>All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States.
