Responsibilities
Provides PeopleSoft functional support for one or more Financials modules (General Ledger, Purchasing, Payables, Asset Management, Receivables, Order Management, Billing, Project Costing).
Analyze, test, debug, document, and maintain the PeopleSoft application.
Develop and modify business processes.
Complies with all standard internal controls and processes.
Conduct discussions and/or meetings with management and end users.
Research and prepare system time/cost estimates.
Maintain system documentation, operational procedures, etc¿
Provide requirements for changes to system by analyzing current situation and comparing to what is needed.
Responsible for system setup and ongoing administration.
Provide second/third level end user support.
Utilizes PeopleSoft application security including maintenance of roles, permission lists, trees and row level security.
Participates in ensuring that customer requests in the ticketing system are managed to closure.
Develop and manage various sized projects.
Develop training materials and provide training sessions.
Experience: -Must have a 3+ years of working with Peoplesoft as a functional analyst or accountant
-Must have understanding of Peoplesoft financials
