CDI IT Solutions is looking for a PeopleSoft Finance Functional Analyst with Query Experience to work for one of our clients in Dallas, TX on a full-time, permanent basis.
This person will be providing PeopleSoft functional support for one or more Financials modules (General Ledger, Purchasing, Payables, Asset Management, Receivables, Order Management, Billing, Project Costing).
This will include analyzing, testing, debugging, documenting, and maintaining the PeopleSoft application.
He/she will be developing and modifying business processes, ensuring compliance with all standard internal controls and processes.
They will also be maintaining system documentation, operational procedures, etc; as well as performing system setup and ongoing administration.
He/she will be utilizing PeopleSoft application security including maintenance of roles, permission lists, trees and row level security.
They will provide second/third level end user support, and ensure that customer requests in the ticketing system are managed to closure.
Finally, they will develop and manage various sized projects, as well develop training materials and provide training sessions.
Required Skills:
2-5 years experience supporting PeopleSoft ERP system.
Good understanding of PeopleSoft Finance modules including query building.
Experience with full life cycle PeopleSoft implementations.
Experience with business process reengineering, including gathering and documenting requirements, documenting workflows and developing specifications for the programmers.
Experience in data gathering and facilitation techniques.
Good business and systems analysis skills.
Excellent communication and strong organization skills.
Team player and detail-oriented.
