Commercial real estate management company is looking for an experienced technical support manager to join their growing IT team! The manager will be responsible for overseeing the work of 9 direct and indirect reports. The team will troubleshoot issues from level one through junior system administration. Candidates will be responsible for developing and enforcing policies and procedures, managing service level agreements as well as handling incident management. Experience: Experience leading a technical support team is required. Hands-on technical skills including troubleshooting standard PC hardware and software, email issues and LAN/WAN support is required. Knowledge of ITIL and COBIT highly preferred. Certifications and/or advanced education preferred.
