Legal Support Specialist in Dallas, TX

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team. This candidate will provide technical support to attorneys and paralegals in the use of automated litigation and practice support systems and applications.

Experience: This position requires extensive understanding of litigation practices, database management systems and concepts essential. Proficiency in Windows-based applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point and Access; proficiency with PC-based litigation support packages such as Summation, Concordance, CaseMap, TimeMap and Sanction; a working knowledge of various specialized practice group software applications; and the ability to learn and support new litigation and specialized practice group software applications is essential. An understanding of hardware is required; and the ability to understand and communicate network concepts is a plus. Excellent proofreading, verbal and written communication skills. The successful candidate must have outstanding customer service skills, be highly organized and detail-oriented, work independently, able to troubleshoot, and able to multi-task in a deadline intensive environment for multiple offices.

Extensive work experience pertaining to electronically stored information, data forensics, trials, database management, data collection, research, and general knowledge of database design and manipulation a plus.
