In participating in this initiative, you will help the organization align to the customer the best suited staff and technologies to understand customer needs and must be empowered to make improvements. Your role will is to create a bridge between Information Technology (IT) and Business Units.Key Objectives: -- Take ownership and accountability for the technical implementation and support of PeopleSoft FINS (GL/AP/PO) and HCM (HR/Benefits/T&L/Payroll) modules, business processes and enterprise information;-- Define and promote ERP technology standards and strategies;-- Contintue to design and apply application solutions to meet business objectives;-- Coordinating numerous, interdependent PeopleSoft processes across multiple environments. -- Provide (limited) PeopleSoft Administration and support including troubleshooting for App Server / Web Server;-- Provide architecture implementation support for technology projects;-- Complete documentation for all system changes/development work including compliance documents;-- Support executive management and project teams in technology decisions and implementation of technology strategy;-- Ensure that information needs and business rules are in compliance with enterprise policies and standards; Job Requirements:If you are interested in this opportunity, please forward your resume and indicate job title. Experience: . Over seven years experience in an Information Technology implementations.. Experience with Oracle's PeopleSoft ERP FINS and/or HCM Modules, applications, configurations, and master data dependencies.. Experience with relational database technology, SQL Programming. . Strong ability to work with business units to formulate business processes and requirements. . Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication at all organizational levels.. Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing timelines and expectations, and producing high-quality deliverables (documentation, presentations, research, etc.).. Highly motivated individual with very good analytical skills dedicated to completing tasks on schedule. Desired:. Experience in PeopleSoft system administration'. Knowledge of PeopleSoft App Server / Web Server;. PeopleSoft System and application design experience with BI Publisher in large reporting enterprise environments.Education Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, or Business Administration.
