This person would be responsible for gathering requirements, clearly documenting Business processes, helping develop test scenarios and test cases and assisting with application testing. They should be able to think outside the box and come up with creative solutions to complex problems. Must be able to work independently with minimal guidance and direction. They should be a self-starter and enjoy working in an environment where expectations are high with significant visibility across the organization.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years:
? Requirements elicitation and documentation
? Business Process Modeling
? Use Case creation
? Understanding of OO Analysis and Design
? Data analysis (reconciling domain data to Business requirements)
? Rational Suite (Requisite Pro, Rational Rose, ClearQuest, ClearCase)
? MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Visio
? Test case development and requirements traceability expertise
5 to 7 years IT experience on multiple platforms/technologies
? Ability to facilitate requirements gathering sessions
? Demonstrated strong problem-solving abilities and multi-tasking capabilities
? Strong written and verbal communication skills
? Demonstrated ability to understand and document business processes
? Demonstrated ability to work within an established timeframe to complete tasks
? Strong Leadership skills and demonstrated success using skills
? Experience working through all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle
? Ability to work well with Customers at all levels (Leadership and Non-Leadership) and proven success doing so
? Ability to work well in a Team environment
? Ability to interview Customers at all levels
