Database Business/Systems Analyst in Dallas, TX

Our client is a globally recognized software company seeking a contract resource with database skills to processes to complete surveys and post results.
The prospective applicant must be proficient in common spreadsheet and database analytical tools, able to formulate and perform database inquiries, provide quantitative and qualitative analysis of the results and be able to communicate those results in verbal and written form to parties both inside and outside the organization. Articulate representation and defense of all analysis work is a must. Clear understanding of Customer Care and Customer Satisfaction indicators is also a must.
Experience: Minimum 3 years SQL Database experience as a DBA and as a User
Expertise using database and Office (Excel especially Pivots, Word, PowerPoint, Access with very strong VBA knowledge and basic SQL knowledge) to prepare various versions of complex statistical and written summary reports for different levels of management
Excellent ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences, including non-technical
Ability to set, review, and communicate policies, procedures, and standards relating to database management, access, and security
Dedication to exceeding quality standards and providing products and services of the highest caliber
Exhaustive approach to every task, commitment to comprehensive and in-depth analysis, planning, and implementation of every work effort
Understanding technical issues and the ability to leverage previous technical experience to solve technical problems
Meticulous attention to detail with commitment to producing accurate and high-quality work
Knowledge of Microsoft Share point Services and HTML basic knowledge.
Advanced Excel and Access knowledge.
Basic .NET and Visual Basic programming skills
XML Programming Basic Knowledge
Knowledge of Data Mining and Data Warehousing Technologies
**Note This contract will be 20 hours per week for first 6 weeks, then 40 hours a week for rest of assignment
