Helpdesk/Desktop Professional in Dallas, TX

Helpdesk/Desktop Opportunity within a growing company in the Dallas area. Experience: This is an entry-level Helpdesk/Desktop Professional role. To be considered for this position, you must be a MCP Certified and you must be able to verify that certification. To be considered, you must be very professional and have exceptional phone presence as this role will be interfacing with small-to-mid-sized private equity firms. The ideal candidate will be able to receive direction and retain that information and apply it in a Tier I environment. This person needs to possess drive and enthusiasm. Our client is working on a Microsoft Platform, requiring experience with troubleshooting Outlook, Excel, etc. They are currently working on Dell Hardware. This role will be a buffer between Tier I Support and the Senior Technical Support Teams. This person needs to be creative and possess initiative to problem solve to create resolution to Tier I Technical Support related issues. This role is also a combination of phone support, remote access support (don’t have to have remote experience, but the ideal candidate will be eager to learn), and desktop/side support.
