A local Dallas company is currently seeking dedicated customer care representatives to join their family-oriented team. Job Description:
Answer inbound calls in a courteous and helpful manner.
Provide caller/member with account information.
Assist caller/member with opening of new accounts.
Identify, research and solve customer issues using the computer systems.
The company has a "client for life" philosophy. Customer Care Representatives are encouraged to represent the company with this in mind.
Qualifications:
Must have a minimum of 2 years call center experience.
Must be computer savvy. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Windows, and Outlook are a must.
Must be able to type a minimum of 40 wpm.
Must be detail-oriented.
Experience in banking a plus!
Ability to read, write, and speak English/Spanish a plus!
