First level of support for all incoming calls, emails and chat lines for various customers/clients. Handle requests such as password resets, VPN, RSA, Microsoft Office XP, Outlook, Active Directory, Blackberry Activation and Support, ext.
Qualifications
Must be familiar with UNIX, OS400, AIX, MVS, VM, VSE, SAD, SAP. No less than Five Years Experience in Technical Support/Help Desk.
