Awesome Opportunity For A Program Planner With Strong MRP Skills! in Dallas, TX

Put your MRP skills to good use! We have a 12 month contract (option to extend) in Dallas, TX with an enterprise level organization. Qualified individual will be responsible for the day to day planning and execution of assigned programs.Responsibilities will include maintaining Production Order schedules that are aligned to the Master Schedule, reviewing material coverage, reviewing the status of parts on assigned programs, completing weekly action items generated in the weekly manufacturing planning meeting and expediting programs as needed. Additional responsibilities will include maintaining MRP/MPS alignment metrics as well as Front End cycle time metrics. Will work closely with Master Scheduler, Operations, Procurement, IQC and Logistics on a daily basis to ensure that barriers to achieving the MRP schedules are highlighted and resolved. 1. Minimum 4 years experience in a manufacturing environment. 2. 2 years experience in a MRP planning environment. 3. Effective oral and written communication skills. 4. Ability to perform complex data analysis utilizing inputs from multiple functional groups. 5. High energy, individual contributor with the ability to manage multiple priorities. DESIRED: 1. 3 years experience as a Planner/Scheduler. 2. APICS CPIM Certification 3. Experienced in MK or BAAN ERP software. 4. Microsoft Certification in Excel and Project.
