Title Clerk in Dallas, TX

Operations AnalystDallas, TX6 Month ContractTitle Analyst is responsible for monitoring of the disposition process on all properties that have vesting and curative title issues. Coordinates title issue resolution with vendor partners that have been given the title and closing order. This position is critical to ensure all settlement documentation is prepared timely and accurately reflects the contract for sale of the property and that properties are removed unable to market status as quickly as possible. Position will also monitor aged title issues to minimize the time required for closing and determine if other courses of action can be utilized to reduce the holding time and the loss of property. The person must be detailed oriented, must be able to do in-depth research, multi task on many issues and adhere to appropriate follow up and documentation.
