It is currently looking for a Business Systems Analyst Specialist to join our team in Webb Chapel TX. Job Responsibilities: The primary responsibility for the XCELYS Configuration Specialist is to provide expert knowledge for the core product functions of DIAMOND and XCELYS. Will provide guidance in product use, configuration design, detail contract analysis, business process definition, testing and deployment. The role will vary based on the scope and scale of services provided. Support the timely and accurate completion of configuration requests Perform business analysis on operational and functional areas with the client environment to design XCELYS configuration and identify interface/reports requirements Identify test cases and perform unit and integrated testing for XCELYS business rules and developed interfaces/reports Facilitate requirements gathering and documentation Complete all configuration and requirements documentation including design documents, business decision logs, meeting minutes, testing scenarios, paper configuration sets, error tracking logs, transition documents and any other tools utilized to configure and maintain XCELYS. Required Skills: 5+ yrs DIAMOND or XCELYS configuration experience, with progressively increasing levels of responsibility for multiple system modules 7+ years application troubleshooting and strong analytical skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Advanced skills on Microsoft Excel Knowledge of database table structure Desired Skills: Team Leadership experience 3+ years experience with PL/SQL Developer for analyzing system data DIAMOND or XCELYS implementation or consulting experience Project Management experience Minimum Educational Requirements: BS in business, computer, or healthcare related field or applicable experience Perot Systems is committed to Equal Employment Opportunity.
