Financial AnalystDallas, TX6 Month ContractUS Citizen, GreenCard or EAD ONLYSF REO Accounting ensures the consistent application of generally accepted accounting principles over Client's foreclosed assets and provides analysis and reporting of financial activity. The Senior Financial Analyst designs and runs complex reporting processes in order to achieve the goals of the SF REO Accounting organization. ? Ability to take a business concept and translate that into an automated solution. ? Solid understanding of relational database concepts. ? Proficient with Microsoft Access. Advanced MS Access preferred. ? Ability to create new Access models while maintaining/modifying existing Access models. ? Proficient with SQL. ? Experience with Toad, SAS, Business Objects, and Hyperion. Designing and constructing ad hoc data extracts and reports for various financial reporting & accounting analysis requirements emphasizing quality and timeliness. Documenting financial reporting processes within user requirement documents and user guides. Understanding existing Client systems architecture and database structure in order to facilitate reporting and accounting systems development. Partnering with systems team to support the development of new accounting applications and enhancements by providing requirements and guidance. 7 to 10 years of progressively challenging experience in accounting and financial analysis within a complex financial institution. Mortgage Industry experience preferred. Must be responsible for work that requires advanced level of skills and knowledge in field of specialization. Demonstrated organizational, analytical and research skills as well as the ability to conceptualize issues and develop complex processes, procedures or solutions. Ability to work with others in an integrated way to achieve individual objectives as well as organizational results.
