BPO Program Manager (locals only, perm only) - CJ0605-TXBP in Dallas, TX

Initial assignment in Dallas , TX for long-term outsourcing client contract involving BPO in applications, operations, networking, etc. Work client and consulting firm personnel (onshore and offshore) to identify and establish BPO for all areas of the outsourcing contract, ensuring SLAs are met and everyone is on the same page. Exhibit exceptional leadership and communication skills in acting as a focal point with defined responsibilities. Required Skills: Sorry, the client won't interview anyone that doesn't meet ALL of the following requirements A through Z: Local Dallas, TX candidates only (no relocation expenses provided for) MUST HAVE long and extensive experience with top tier consulting firms working in BPO for very large outsourcing projects. Responsibilities must be across the board : a pplications, operations, infrastructure, networking, etc. Top tier consulting firm experience desired (if not required) with companies like Accenture, Bearing Point, IBM Global, Tata, Infosys, Satyam, IBM Global, etc. Job history must consists of mostly 3-4 years per job as a permanent employee with top tier consulting firms (not contracting with them).
