the shifts available at this time are: 6:00AM-3PM, 3PM-11PM and 4PM-Midnight all central time zone with occasional request for weekends. Duration: 5 Months Replacing current resource Skills: This position requires the following skill set: Ability to work with all levels of management, employees and industry peers Strong priority management, problem solving and multi-tasking skills Excellent organization and communication skills (oral & written) Working knowledge of MS Excel and Word Professional phone etiquette Flexible work schedule High school diploma Roles and Responsibilities: ATM Operations is part of the client's Retail Line of Business managing over 14,000 ATMs in the United States. As an ATM Bridge-Line Team member, you will direct all activities necessary to document, resolve and escalate ATM installations. With minimal supervision you will work with third party vendors (ATM hardware and ATM cash vendors) to ensure an ATM installation meets all specifications defined by the ATM Deployment Project Manager. The ATM Bridge-Line is open from 6AM-2AM CT. There are six shifts and on occasion members are asked to volunteer for weekend hours. Job Family Description: Provides remote and on-site support to user base, including clients, customers and partners. Take support calls and log issues into problem management system (egResolve, Remedy, TrackIt). Diagnoses basic hardware and software problems by phone or email. Responds to customer inquiries and answers customer's basic questions. Assists clients via research and problem solving. Refers more complex questions to appropriate subject matter expert.
