BCS has been asked to indentify a eCommerce Marketing Analyst for one of our clients. The initial duration of this project is 12 months Scope of work: TI developed and maintains a proprietary sales application used by the field sales force as a resource for TI product information, and to facilitate sales calls by quickly aligning customer needs with TI products. The application has been described as ti.com on a laptop but also includes sales specific content such as sales presentations, product bulletins, customer project carts, and collaboration tools. This position will support and contribute to the maintenance and advancement of the application V balancing the needs of marketing managers with end-users in sales. Role and activities: Manage mini-projects requiring changes to data feeds, content in a content management system, or the application client Trouble-shoot content errors V including supporting content authors in properly loading content Project Management Usage Reporting Training and Communications Requires regular interaction/collaboration with Marketing, Sales, IT and Development Resources Required Skills: Understanding of marketing and sales roles and interactions (an understanding of sales calls and the selling process is a plus) Strong marketing skills: need to be able to engage with sales and marketing leaders to discuss current and future capabilities. Ability to interpret stakeholder needs and translate into business requirements Ability to link tactical implementations with strategic concepts and the development roadmap Good project management skills Able to think and act independently 3-5 years marketing and/or sales experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Technical Knowledge Familiarity with HTML, CSS, XML, FLEX, database structures, TeamSite, etc. would be beneficial BCS pays referral fees.
